Murgh Kababs Muglahi
Recipe Ingredients 1/2 kg Chicken meat boneless to taste Salt & pepper 01 cup Corn flour 02 tbsp Garlic juice 02 tbsp Ginger juice 02 tbsp Plain yoghurt 02 cups Ghee 01 Cellophane bag Recipe Method Soak the chicken meat in Ginger, garlic juice & salt for 01 hrs. Now put corn flour in a cellophane bag, with little salt & back pepper. Add the marinated chicken into the bag, shake the bag very well. Now put the ghee in a pan, let it melt. As the ghee get hot, put the coated chicken into the hot ghee, fry it till it get golden brown color. Remove it from the hot ghee. Serve with green salad. & hot beard. |
