Ingredients ;

Flour 3 cups
Egg 1
Oil 6 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Luke warm milk ½ cup
Water as required
Milk for glazing
Chicken tikka 1 shredded
Mushrooms sliced 4
Olives 4 sliced
Capsicum 1 sliced
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup


Method ;

Pre heat oven to 200 degree C, sieve flour into a large bowl add egg, yogurt, milk, oil make into a soft dough,
add water if required, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead well until smooth, d
ivide the mixture in half, roll each half into a round, spread with pizza sauce, chicken,
mushrooms, olives, capsicum and mozzarella cheese, cover with left over dough rolled into a round, brush top with milk,
bake for 30 minutes on 200 degree C until golden.
