Super Tips For Making Home Made Body Scrub

Here are three scrubs that can be created at home:

* Brown Sugar Scrub:
Take one- fourth cup of almond or olive oil, mix it with a cup of brown sugar. Add few drops of your favorite essential oil for perfume and your sugar scrub is ready to be used. Follow it up with a shower and see how you glow.

* Sea Salt Scrub:
Mix sweet almond oil with a cup of sea salt five drops of essential oil to make this scrub. For essential oil you can make a choice out of many options like: Lemon grass or lavender or rosemary.

* Coffee Scrub:
Take a couple tablespoons of Spa Facial Clay mix it with 4 oz. finely ground coffee powder, use water to dilute it. For scent use a chocolate, orange, vanilla, almond or lemon scented extract. This is not for your face and neck.
