Malai kulfi
Mix and boil 1/2 litre whole milk, 1/2 cup condensed milk, and 1/4 cup milk powder in a heavy bottomed pan. Add 1 pinch saffron, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and sugar to taste. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring often. Cool till warm. Add1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts. Pour mixture into kulfi moulds. Freeze for at least 6 hours, serve and enjoy the compliments! |
