An International Development Organization is looking for following position to fill in:
POSITION Program Director
LOCATION Multan
Position Summary: The Program Director will advise and assist in the strategic design, development, and implementation of the program objectives through quick impact grants. S/he will be responsible for understanding all aspects of each grant idea and the grants approved, including the programmatic, financial, operational (procurement and logistics) aspects.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum Masters Degree from an accredited university with 8-10 years of experience working with communities, community organizations, and/or grantees.
• Expertise in Education, Economic Development, Gender and/or Youth programming.
• Intimate knowledge of MultanI Lahore history, politics, cultural issues, organizations, communities, etc.
• Proven project management skills.
