COMPANY SECRETARY
NICL is an unlisted public limited company, 100% owned by Government of Pakistan and having its Head Office at Karadii. The Company is committed for providing general insurance services to the public sector entities and projects financed by Federal and Provincial governments. The Company invites applications from qualified and computer literate persons possessing qualification and experience as stipulated under SECP Public Sector (Corporate Governance) Rules.
The incumbent should have minimum 5 yean? experience as Company Secretary of public limited company. Candidates having experience of insurance industry will be preferred Short listed candidates will be interviewed by HR Committee of the Board for selection of candidate. Interested candidates arc required to send their applications marked '"Company Secretary" along with CV and attested copies of certificates, degrees. CMC and two recent photographs to HR Department, 3rtl Floor, NIC Building, Abbasi Shaheed Road Karachi by or before 7th June. 2013 positively.
