Keema Phali ( Green Beanz & Keema ) Cooked By Khushi

Green beans with minced meat.
Ingredients:
1\2 cup oil, corn
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1\2 kilogram minced meat (keema)
1 tablespoons garlic paste
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1\4 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1 teaspoon coriander powder
300 grams green beans topped tailed halved
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 - green chilies chopped
1 Large Tomatoe
How to Cook:
1. Heat oil in a heavy based skillet and fry onions over medium heat, stirring time to time.
2. When onions are soft but not brown add minced meat and garlic. Stirring all the time fry mince meat for about 5-8 minutes or until meat turns brown.
3. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a bit of water if the mixture sticks to the bottom of the pan.
4. Add beans and mix it well, add half cup of water, cover and leave to cook for 30 minutes over low heat or until beans are cooked. If water dries before the beans are cooked, add more water.
5. Add garam masala and green chilies and serve hot with Roti Or plain Rice.
This recipe serves 6 people.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes.
