Hot and Spicy Kaddu
(By the very name of Kaddu, people start making faces. But here is a recipe for Kaddu which will change everybodys views):ooppsss12:

Ingredients
Kaddu(Pumpkin) - 2 (diced)
salt to taste
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Dhania Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 green chillies chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste (optional)
1 teaspoon methi dana(fenugreek seeds)
2 tablespoon oil
For the garnish
2 tablespoon chopped coriander

How To Proceed
1 Heat the ghee in a kadhai and add the methi seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the ginger garlic paste saute for about 5 to 7 minutes while stirring continuously.
2 Add the diced kaddu , salt, red chilli powder, green chillies, dhania powder, turmeric powder and 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook over a slow flame till the kaddu is tender.

Spinkle the chopped coriander leaves over the kaddu
Serve hot with purees or paranthas.:shoaby:
