Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut into 10 to 12 pieces
1 tsp ginger (adrak)-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tsp chilli powder
3/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 cup water
Oil for frying
For paste
1 cup water
3 to 4 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste.
Recipe Method
Put chicken, red chilli powder, salt, garlic and ginger (adrak) and water in a cooking pan for 10 to 15 minutes in moderate heat.
After chicken is tender and cooked let aside to cool. Now in a bowl make a paste by mixing all ingredients for making the paste.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip cooked chicken in the paste then fry the chicken until its golden in color.
