Ingredients: noodles, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 2 teaspoons chili jam, 250 grams minced beef, 1 red pepper, 150 grams grated carrot, 3 spring onions, 5 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 3 tablespoons chili sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce,
Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 2 teaspoons chili jam until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams minced beef and fry the minced beef brown and loose. Add 1 diced red pepper and 150 grams grated carrot. Stir-fry 5 minutes. Add 3 sliced spring onions and cook briefly. Add 5 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 3 tablespoons chili sauce and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce. Heat through thoroughly. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
