ﻗﺘﯿﺒﮧ ﺑﻦ ﺳﻌﯿﺪ، ﻟﯿﺚ، ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺑﻦ ﺭﻣﺢ، ﻟﯿﺚ، ﻧﺎﻓﻊ، ﺣﻀﺮﺕ ﻋﺒﺪﺍﻟﻠﮧ
ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ ﻋﻨﮧ ﺳﮯ ﺭﻭﺍﯾﺖ ﮧﮐ ﮯﮨ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺻﻠﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ
ﻋﻠﯿﮧ ﻭﺁﻟﮧ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻧﮯ ﻋﻤﺮ ﺑﻦ ﺧﻄﺎﺏ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ ﻋﻨﮧ ﮐﻮ ﺍﯾﮏ
ﻗﺎﻓﻠﮧ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺍﺱ ﺣﺎﻝ ﻣﯿﮟ ﭘﺎﯾﺎ ﮧﮐ ﻋﻤﺮ ﺑﻦ ﺧﻄﺎﺏ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ
ﻋﻨﮧ ﺍﭘﻨﮯ ﺑﺎﭖ ﯽﮐ ﻗﺴﻢ ﮐﮭﺎ ﺭﮨﮯ ﺗﮭﮯ ۔ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺻﻠﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﻠﯿﮧ
ﻭﺁﻟﮧ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻧﮯ ﺍﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﭘﮑﺎﺭ ﮐﺮ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﺎ ﺁﮔﺎﮦ ﺭﮨﻮ ﮧﮐ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﺰﻭﺟﻞ
ﺗﻤﮩﯿﮟ ﻣﻨﻊ ﮐﺮﺗﺎ ﮯﮨ ﮧﮐ ﺗﻢ ﺍﭘﻨﮯ ﺁﺑﺎﺅ ﺍﺟﺪﺍﺩ ﯽﮐ ﻗﺴﻤﯿﮟ ﺍﭨﮭﺎﺅ ۔ ﺟﻮ
...ﻗﺴﻢ ﺍﭨﮭﺎﻧﮯ ﻭﺍﻻ ﮨﻮ ﺗﻮ ﻭﮦ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﯽﮐ ﻗﺴﻢ ﺍﭨﮭﺎﺋﮯ ﯾﺎ ﺧﺎﻣﻮﺵ ﺭﮨﮯ۔
ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ :ﺟﻠﺪ ﺩﻭﻡ : ﺣﺪﯾﺚ ﻧﻤﺒﺮ 1764 ﺣﺪﯾﺚ ﻣﺮﻓﻮﻉ
ﻣﮑﺮﺭﺍﺕ 26 ﻣﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﯿﮧ 13
' Abdullah (b. Umar) reported that ALLAH's
Messenger (may peace be upon him) found,
Umar b. al-Khattab amongst the riders and he
was taking oath by his father. ALLAH's Messenger
(may peace be upon him) called them (saying):
Our ALLAH, the Exalted and Majestic, has
forbidden that you take oath by your father. He
who has to take an oath, he must take it by ALLAH
or keep quiet[/RIGHT]
ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ ﻋﻨﮧ ﺳﮯ ﺭﻭﺍﯾﺖ ﮧﮐ ﮯﮨ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺻﻠﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ
ﻋﻠﯿﮧ ﻭﺁﻟﮧ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻧﮯ ﻋﻤﺮ ﺑﻦ ﺧﻄﺎﺏ ﺭﺿﯽ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ ﻋﻨﮧ ﮐﻮ ﺍﯾﮏ

ﻭﺁﻟﮧ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻧﮯ ﺍﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﭘﮑﺎﺭ ﮐﺮ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﺎ ﺁﮔﺎﮦ ﺭﮨﻮ ﮧﮐ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﺰﻭﺟﻞ
ﺗﻤﮩﯿﮟ ﻣﻨﻊ ﮐﺮﺗﺎ ﮯﮨ ﮧﮐ ﺗﻢ ﺍﭘﻨﮯ ﺁﺑﺎﺅ ﺍﺟﺪﺍﺩ ﯽﮐ ﻗﺴﻤﯿﮟ ﺍﭨﮭﺎﺅ ۔ ﺟﻮ
...ﻗﺴﻢ ﺍﭨﮭﺎﻧﮯ ﻭﺍﻻ ﮨﻮ ﺗﻮ ﻭﮦ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﯽﮐ ﻗﺴﻢ ﺍﭨﮭﺎﺋﮯ ﯾﺎ ﺧﺎﻣﻮﺵ ﺭﮨﮯ۔
