I got out of bed

It was fake
No one knew

No news was good
Even my pen failed me
I could hardly concentrate
Everything seemed normal

I look out the window
Rain's everywhere
Washing down sorrows
Making everyone happy
Except me...
Crying Silently.
Sky cleared
Sun was shining
Soon it was evening
Birds were flying to their nests
People were rushing home
Everyone had a destiny
Except me...
Crying Silently.

Night came
It was dark
Day had to end
Lying on the bed
Everyone went to sleep
