1 cup shredded fried chicken (recipe follows) OR left overs ;)
1 cup frozen or canned corn
worcestershire sauce
shredded lettuce
1/2 cup boiled rice (left over rice will taste better with this)
1-2 table spoon tomato salsa (recipe follows)
2 table spoon spicy Mayo (recipe follows)
4 (10 inches) tortillas
1) Fried Chicken
1 cup boneless chicken
1 egg
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon hot sauce
3-4 tablespoon flour
salt
pepper
Combine everything and fry.
2) Tomato Salsa
1 tomato- chopped
1 small onion- chopped
Jalapeno pepper- chopped
salt
lime juice
cilantro- Optional
3) Spicy Mayo Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Saute corn with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce.
Heat the tortilla for 8-12 seconds in microwave.
Layer mayo sauce, lettuce, shredded chicken, rice, salsa and corn.
Fold it and serve.
