500g chicken breasts....cut in to strips
... bbq sauce....according to taste
bbq seasoning powder....according to taste....it's optional but i used
bell peppers..one red n one green...cut in to strips
1 big onion...sliced
mexican cheese like monteryjack n cheddar blend....it's optional but i love to use cheese in fajitas
8 flour tortillas (see recipe bel0w)
marinate chicken strips with bbq sauce n set aside for abt 4 hrs...add a lil splash of oil in a pan n heat ....then add chicken strips n fry for abt 5 min or until done....add bell peppers nonions n add bbq seasoning if using..give it a nice stir...stirfry on high heat for abt 2 min....dun fry too long otherwise veggies will go soft...fillingis ready.
fill each tortilla with the filling...place some cheese n wrap in to a roll....heat each roll on a frying pan until cheese melts....serve hottttt with salsa n sourcream

Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons shortening but u can also use margarine
1 1/2 cups warm water
Directions
1. Whisk the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a mixing bowl. Mix in the shortening with your fingers until the flour resembles cornmeal. Add the water and mix until the dough comes together; place on a lightly floured surface and knead a few minutes until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Use a well-floured rolling pin to roll a dough ball into a thin, round tortilla. Place into the hot skillet, and cook until bubbly and golden; flip and continue cooking until golden on the other side.they get cook very quickly so dun overcook. Place the cooked tortilla in a tortilla warmer or cloth; continue rolling and cooking the remaining dough....
