4 Large Hard Boiled eggs
1 Small Finely Chopped Onion
1 Large Boiled Potato
0.5 Cup Gram Flour
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Coriander leaves
1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
2 Tablespoon Fried Cashews
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
Salt To Taste
3 Cups Cooking Oil
Ingredients For Curry

1 Large Finely Chopped Onion
3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste 0r
2 Large Diced Fresh Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
3 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
Dry Spices for Curry

1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Salt To Taste
Method

Skin the egg and mash it. In large bowl combine eggs, potatoes and all the other ingredients except Gram flour. Mix them well with your hands.

Take a little mixture in your hand flat it in the palms of your hand put a cashew in it and close it in a ball. Make all the dumpling following the same steps.

In a frying pan heat oil to fry the dumplings. Drop a little of mixture if it comes to the top at once the oil is ready to fry. It should be hot but not smoking hot.

Now in a plate spread the gram flour and roll balls over it so it cover from all the sides and drop 3-4 dumplings carefully in the pan and fry them. Make sure they do not break

Fry them and keep them aside.

In an another frying pan heat half cup of oil. Add cumin seeds to it and fry them till they change color then add onions to it.

Cook them till they turn golden brown and then add ginger, garlic, and green chilli paste. Fry it for 1 minute.

Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and cook it for another 1 minute and then add tomato paste.

Cook the masala till the masala separates from the oil.

Now add 2 cup of water and boil it for 2 minutes at high heat then reduce the flame to medium and cook it for another 5-7 minutes. Add dumplings to it and remove it from the flame.

Add dumplings just before serving it other wise dumplings will be mashed. Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve it with rice or chapatti.
