Cooked long grain rice
1 onion
2 eggs
Pepper to taste
green chilli (optional)
turmeric (optional)
Fresh coriander
First chop up the onion and fry it in some oil, until a light brown colour*, add some black pepper and chopped green chilli (if you like hot food).
Then add 1/2 tsp of turmeric (for colour) or leave plain.
Once the onions are cooked a little more then you can add your cooked rice to the onions. Stir for 5 minutes on a slow heat.
Once the rice is cooked and looks a light brown colour add 2 beaten eggs. Mix with the rice. Cook for 2 minutes.
Then the final touch add some chopped coriander.
