Ingredients
Beef mince 300 gm
Onion chopped 1
Eggs 4
Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
Fresh cream ½ cup
Water ¼ cup
Flour 200 gm
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Water as required
Salt to taste
Method
• In a bowl mix together 200 gm flour, 2 eggs, a little salt and knead to medium dough with water as required.
• Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 chopped onion, 300 gm beef mince and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Fry well.
• Now add ¼ cup water and cook till mince is tender.
• Turn the flame high and fry well till water dries.
• Remove mince in a bowl, keep aside to cool a little, add in 1 egg, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, 2 tbsp tomato paste, ½ tsp black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
• Roll out the dough thinly, cut into strips.
• Put 1 spoonful of roasted mince on each strip. Fold and put on a greased oven proof tray.
• Mix 2 tbsp butter with ½ cup fresh cream. Spread on top of prepared rolls.
• Lastly spread 1 packet of grated mozzarella cheese on top.
• Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
• Remove from oven, cut into slices and serve.
