Google server is down today Feb 16 2012

AS SALAAM O ALAIKUM,

has anyone having trouble with google.com today ? i am using ptcl and this is how its shows to me

After 15 minutes things back to normal and now its working fine . May be its from my INTERNET (PTCL DSL) or Google.com is having issue.
