Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast Fillet (Prick it with the help of fork)
1 tsp Mustard powder
1 tsp White pepper (powdered)
1 tsp Black pepper (crushed)
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp White vinegar
1 tsp Sugar or honey
1 tbsp Oil
½ tbsp Water
Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all spices, Soya sauce, vinegar and honey or sugar and marinate chicken in it for 1-2 hours.
Grease the base of a heavy frying pan and heat till it is hot.
Put the chicken steaks on it; turn when done on one side.
Turn up the heat and drop the oil and water on it.
It will flame immediately and impart a taste of barbeque to chicken.
Serve hot.
