Ingredients
1/2 kg Boneless Fish fillet (cut into 3 inch pieces)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper (powder)
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
For Batter:
1 cup Fine Flour
2 tbsp Corn flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 Egg (beaten)
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper (powder)
3 cups Cooking oil (for deep frying)
Instructions
Cut fish into 3 inch pieces, marinated with salt/pepper and ajinomoto and kept aside for 10-15 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the batter and make a smooth paste.
Little water can also be added.
Dip fish pieces one by one into batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup or anyway you want.
