Ingredients
½ kg Liver (cut into small pieces)
Onion 2 (medium)
3 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 cup Yogurt
½ cup Oil
2 tsp Red Chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp heaped Coriander powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp All spice (garm masala powder)
For garnishing:
1 tbsp Green chilies (Chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (julienne cut)
2 tbsp Coriander leaves (Chopped)
Instructions
First of all boil liver for 4, 5 min and drain water and wash.
Now take a wok and put oil and thinly sliced onion and sauté, then put turmeric powder and a little bit of water and fry.
Then put ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix it well.
Then add liver, salt and whipped yogurt, fry well, adding ¼ cup water. Put it on dum for 10 min.
Lastly add all spice powder, chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
Garnish with julienne cut ginger and serve hot.
