I extend my sincere condolences to our Turkish brothers and sisters following the devastating earthquake that struck the eastern province of Van. My deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the families and victims of the Turkish people and their beloved ones, calling on Allah to grant the deceased rest in peace, and to reward them with heaven, and give their families patience and fortitude, and bless the injured with a speedy recovery, and keep mankind from all evil.
