I can't Open .exe file Program setup files Solution

AS SALAAM O ALAIKUM,

i was having problem with my computer where i can't open the exe program file usually setup files . i Tried

- Go to http://www.dougknox.com/xp/xp_fixes.html
-Then click - 'Win XP Fixes'
-Then click - 'File Association Fixes'
-Then - 'EXE File Association Fix'
-And run the program
-Select 'xp_exe_fix.reg'
-Registry Editor window should appear and select 'YES'
ALL DONE :)

But this solution didn't solve my problem , i was still having the same problem . So Finally i got the solution my own .

Here is the trick . Remember try all the methods u could use to solve the problem .

- Right click on your setup file and click on " Properties "

- Click on UnLock Button , after Unlocking Click OK or apply .

This will solve the problem and let you install the program . I share this so that other who is having this problem can solve the problem their own .

IF YOU WANT TO SOLVE THIS UNLOCK PROBLEM , WHY YOU ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM . THE SOLUTION IS IN THE THREAD BELOW

2 mint ka solution ko mei ziyada prefer karta ho rather than installation of windows which take half or 1 hour.
