Boneless cubed chicken 2lb
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chinese salt to taste
Soyasauce
Oil
Capsicum 1/2 cut in square
Onion 1/2 cut in squares
Carrots 1/2 cup finely sliced
Tomatoes 1 cut in square
Sugar 1/4 cup
Hot sauce 1tsp
Tomato sauce 1 1/2 tb sp
Lemon 1 tsp
Almond fried and boiled for topping

First marinate chicken pieces in salt, ginger, garlic, chinese salt, white pepper, soya sauce for 15 minutes
Now heat oil and fry chicken pieces in it for few minute then take out the chicken and put aside.
Now add carrotes,onion and capsicum and fry till its done take out and put aside.
Now heat 3 tb sp oil in a pan add ginger and garlic 1/2 tsp each fry gradually Add tomatoes fry them till they become soft now add you chicken and vegetables in it.
Keep stirring lightly.
Add white pepper 1/2 tsp, chinese salt 1/4 tsp, salt, hot sauce, tomato sauce and in the end lemon.
Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Sprinkle with almond and serve hot.
