Windows can not start firewall/internet connection sharing (ICS) service and types of This Error

Types of error related to this problem

A system error has occurred.

System error 5 has occurred.

Access is denied.

- Could not start the server service on local computer

- An Error Occured while trying to share . The server service is was not created at this time .
The share source is not creatated at this time .

i was having this error and can not share documents to my local network . i tried to find out the solution and would like to share here may be in future any of you might have same problem .

SOLUTION for the above errors :

- CLICK ON START> CLICK ON RUN > TYPE CMD

-DOS WINDOWS WILL OPEN

- TYPE IN DOS WINDOWS

netsh winsock reset

and hit enter

this message will appear

- Sucessfully reset the Winsock Catalog.
You must restart the machine in order to complete the reset.

Restart the computer . it will resolve the problem .

If Problem Still Exist You can install WINSOCK FIX 1.2 file

Restart the pc this solution is for XP . I haven't tested it on other windows operating system .
