Windows Vista and Windows 7 - To Check/Adjust Screen Resolution
If you are struggling to find out what screen resolution you currently have:

OR
Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button > Control Panel > under Appearance and Personalization
Click on Screen Resolution;

Use the first option to check the size of your screen resolution.
And use the second to check the size and or adjust your screen resolution.
