I am going to tell you how to know what average speed you are getting from you internet connection.
The speed you notice in properties is not the actual speed its the maximum speed
that your link can support.
To know speed right click on task bar and open "task manger" click on "networking" option.
Look for the "link speed" this speed is displayed in properties.
Look carefully the graph or percent of speed receiving.
For specified duration note the maximum and minimum speed add both and divide by 2.
his is your average speed. If minimum speed is nearing zero and maximum above 32Kb
Add minimum speed that is received after zero add to maximum speed and divide by 3.
