My PTCL CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM

AS SALAAM O ALAIKUM,

anyone of you using ptcl know why it take time for my modem to connect PTCL ? like if i disconnect it and reconnect it again it will take like 2-3 attempt to connect always not on first attempt ? .

is there any configuration require for the ptcl modem ? when i bought it there was no such issue but now after 1 year this issue is with my ptcl broad band .

any solution ?

Bro It May Be Due To 3 Reasons:

1st: Your Modem Connectivity Is Low.

2nd: Your Modem's Configuration Is Out.

3rd: Your Modem Is Affected By Electric Pulse Problem.


Now How To Sort Out These 3 Problems ?

1st: Contact Your Dsl Office To Check Your Line's JUMPERS Connectivity.

And To Check NOISE In Line. If It Exists , That's Why You Need To Attempt More Than One Time,

To Connect Your Modem And Once It Get Connected, It Gives A Smooth Browsing As Before.


2nd: Press The Hidden Key *inside a whole* In Back Of Your Modem,

To Default The Company Settings.And Then Reconfigure Your Modem.


3rd: In This Case You Will Have To Change Your Modem.

Your PTCL Phone Line is demaged somewhere and is not working properly, sometime you dont get tone in your PTCL phone as well but modem is working correctly. Line demage problem is usually happend of kite flying thread, u need to ask lineman to check your PTCL Line or better you should renew your Line.
its the only way you can get rid of this problem.
