As far as I know Pakistan Since it Came into being didn't Enjoy the Benefits of Real Democracy.. or for short Term Basis only.. its like Rolling Football Passing from One Player To another.. Bureaucracy & Dictatorship .. Implementation of Real Democracy is not Possible Until The Corrupt Leaders Company Dissolves..
On The Other Hand, Islam gave Us a System Called "Khilafat" Based on Shariya .. its not Possible Until Greed for power does not end Due to Which its been weak and atlast Eliminated
