FROZEN MANGO DESSERT
Creamy mango dessert with jelly
Preparation Time : 15-20 mins
Servings : 4
INGREDIENTS
Mango pulp
1 cup
Cream, chilled
1 cup
Powdered sugar
2 tablespoons
Mango jelly
3 tablespoons
Whole milk powder
3 tablespoons
METHOD
Take cream in a bowl, add powdered sugar and whisk till cream thickens. Add mango jelly and continue to whisk. Add mango pulp and whisk some more. Add whole milk powder and whisk again. Pour the mixture into non stick muffin moulds. Freeze till set. Gently unmould them and serve immediately.
