Pinwheel Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
Sandwich bread 1
Butter 8 ounce or 200g
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Boiled eggs 2 (mashed)
Green chutney ½ cup
Ketchup ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Slice the sandwich loaf lengthwise.
Trim crust from the bread
Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
Spread butter and mayonnaise on top of the slices.
Top with a layer of chutneyfilling, or ketchup or boiled eggs.
Now roll the slices into a swiss roll.
Fix with tooth picks and chill for 2 hours till firm.
Remove and cut into slices.
