1. Ingredients:

premade graham cracker crust,
2 cup sour cream,
16 ounces whipped cream cheese,
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter to brush the crust,
3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla xtract

mixed cream cheese and sugar

added 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

place in oven (crust should be pre-baked for 10 minutes at 375) and cook at 475 for 15 minutes, then drop the temperature to 400 and bake for another 30 minutes

Once baked, turn off the oven and let it cool down gradually in the oven...take it out after 10 minutes, and its recommended to set in fridge overnight. (I placed it in the freezer for about 2 hours and it was pretty set)
