mujhe profile costomize karne ki permission kyun nahi hai.

few things which is not available to you is because of your usergroup status , right now you are in sincere group member status . there is a limit to change the status of your membership and its depend on posting . However, Customize profile is on you should see it in USERCP>customize profile

Main ne check kiya hai USER CP ko lekin wahan per costomixe option nahi hai aap khud check kar lain.
