Ingredients
Chicken 1 cut into 16 small peice
onion 2 sliced
boiled chick peas 2 cups
gigner / garlic 1 tsp
oil 1/2 cup
salt 1 tsp
curd 1/2 cup
chilly powder 2 tsp
haldi 1/2 tsp
dhania 1 tsp
all spice 1 tsp
green chillies chopped
cloves 2
choti illiachi 2
black pepper 5
cinnamon 1 stick
coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
ginger sticed chopped
Instructions
Heat oil and fry onions to a light golden the remove and crush and mix with curd.
Add masalas to oil and fry by sprinkling little water than add curd with onion. Then add
chicken and cover cook till chicken tender. Add your boild choley and cook for 5 minutes
lastly add chopped coriander, green chillies, ginger sliced and all spice powder.
