Making good soft Chappathi is an art. Here are a few tips for the same :
* Use only Wheat flour and try to add milk instead of water while preparing the dough.
* You can also add a spoon of curd and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours before preparing chappathi
* The flame may be kept at medium while cooking the chapathis
* You can also add a teaspoon of oil while preparing the dough so that they don't stick to our hands and the chappathi will also come out soft.
* But Incase the chappathi comes out very hard you can then use less oil next time. It actually differs all the time.
