Cant Start a thread in the Announcemnt Section .. :S WTH!

i think in that section only admin & mod can make thread im not sure or maybe u have not yet have 15 posts at that time u can try it now.. maybe u can....

if not so most alow them to make thread there ...coz they are stars of forum ..
