Muglai Kofta
Ingredients: Carrot - 50gms
Cottage cheese (Paneer) - 125gms
French beans - 50gms
Potato - 125gms
Ginger - 10gms
Cashew - 7 to 8
Raisin - 10
Corn flour - 25gms
Oil - For frying & Cooking
For Gravy: -
Onion - 125gms
Tomatoes - 125gms
Ricotta Cheese (Khoya) - 25gms
Cashew - 25gms
Almond - 15gms
Khaskhas (Poppy Seeds) - 25gms
Curd - 100gms
Salt - To Taste
Red chili powder - 1tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Cream - 50gms
Oil - To taste
Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tbsp
Directions...
Wash all the vegetables (French beans, potato, carrot) and chop them.
Now boil the vegetables with water in a cooker.
Mash paneer and all boiled vegetables (From step one)in one bowl.
Put cornflour in it and make balls. Or you can roll the ball in cornflour and fry.
Now deep fry the balls.
Roast khaskhas in oil, and then fry grated onions in oil.
Now add tomatoes in onion gravy and mix them well.
Add salt, red chili powder and curd in khoya. Cook for about 5min.
Add cashew nuts and almonds. Cook for 2min.
Then add water and cook for 10-12min. let it cook properly.
Before serving grate khoya, add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
Add balls in gravy and serve hot.
