Toor Dal Kofta
Ingredients: Toor Dal - 2 Cups
Green Chilles, Chopped - 6
Cumin Seeds - 3 Tbsp
Asafotida - 1 Pinch
Salt - To Taste
Finely Chopped Corriander Leaves - 3 Tbsp
Grated Coconut - 3 Tbsp
Directions...
Soak toor dal over night in water. Then wash it properly in the morning.
Grind it coarsely without water or with very-very less water.
Then add chopped chilies, coriander leaves, grated coconut, cumin seeds, asafetida & salt mix it well.
Then make small koftas (balls) with the prepared mixture.
Pressure cook all the balls for about 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
