Palak Paneer Kofta Curry
Ingredients: Palak (Spinach) - 600gms
Cottage cheese (Paneer) - 100gms
Gram Flour (Besan) - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/3 tsp
Salt - To taste
Oil - For frying
For Gravy: -
Onion - 100gms
Tomato - 100gms
Green chili - 2
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp
Curd - ½ tbsp
Cumin Seed - ½ tsp
Salt - To taste
Garam Masala - 1/3 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1”
Garlic - 2-3 Buds
Directions...
Wash spinach (palak) with water.
Now chop palak finely.
Add one tsp of oil, add palak and let it cook till the time palak left without water.
Roast besan on Iron griddle till it become brown in color.
Now add besan in palak and mix well.
Now mash paneer in a bowl.
Mix palak with paneer mixture and make small balls.
Now deep fry all the palak balls in oil.
Let them become golden brown in color.
For gravy:
Gate onion, tomato.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and let them become pink in color.
Then add tomatoes, green chilies and mix well.
Now add salt, 1/3tsp red chili, 1/3 tsp garam masala, 2tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder.
Add ginger & garlic.
Now add 2tsp of curd and mix well.
Switch off the gas stove, add palak paneer kofta’s and chopped coriander leaves.
