Aloo Kachori!
Introduction:
Tip: If bread tends to feel too dry or stale, brush with some milk, cover in a foil, warm in a preheated Oven for 5 minutes. It will be fresh and soft again
Ingredients:

For the stuffing
2 tbsp Oil
Salt To taste
1" peice Ginger
3-4 pods Garlic
3-4 Green Chillies
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Mango powder
½ kg Potatoes, boiled and mashed
For the Kachori
6 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Salt
½ kg Maida
Oil For deep-frying
Directions:
Grind the ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin seeds and garam masala.
Heat oil in frying pan.
Add ground masala.
Add the mashed potatoes and stir-fry it well. Keep aside.
Make a soft dough with maida, salt and 6 tbsp of oil. Make small balls.
Flatten each ball, put the stuffing.
Roll them lightly, slightly thicker than puris with oil.
Deep fry the kachoris.
