Error in msn for upgrade version what to do ?

AS SALAAM O ALAIKUM .

kafi logo ko aj kal ek message araha hie msn per ke download new version but they couldn't download it .so i tried to post it here wot i did when i get that message.

1) Download & Install Windows Installer 3.1 Link is given below

2) Now Download & Install the MSN (LIVE MESSENGER) link is given below
