If this occured, I would never leave him..even if I don't love him. If i were to just bring Humanity into this, I wouldn't leave him. In this position, he needs support, and it's best to stand next to him at this point. And Zindagi Allah ke hath mein hai...If he has to die, he might as well die from a car crash or a heart attack at a sudden...And if his time of death is no where near, then he will live for 50 years with cancer..if his destiny allows him to.
