Sale of Bhutto’s property: SHC issues notice to parties KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued notice to the government on the bail petition of two accused against the charges of encroachment and the sale of the property of former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in Karachi.

Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali heard the bail petition of Mohammad Boota.

It was revealeld in the petition that the accused have encroached a land of 1,000 sq yards out of 2,800 sq yds of plot of former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in Malir while the anti-corruption police taking action registered the case.

The local court had rejected the bail petition of the accused, Mohammad Boota while absconding accused in the case, former mukhtiarkar Mushtaq Solangi was charged with tampering in the official record.

Accused Mushtaq Solangi filed an application for bail before arrest and Mohammad Boota filed a bail petition in the SHC.

Chief Justice SHC has adjourned the hearing of the case till October 20 by issuing notice to the government and the advocate-general Sindh on the petition.
