Ingredients Directions of Fried Crispy Chicken
1 tsp Caster sugar
8 number Chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp Chili sauce
3 number Coriander roots, finely chopped
1 tsp Freshly ground pepper
4 clove Garlic, chopped
2 tsp Ground turmeric
to fry Oil
1 tsp Salt
Boil the chicken in water for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Cool. Place the garlic, coriander root, turmeric, pepper, salt, sugar and chili sauce in a mortar and pestle or food processor and process into a smooth paste. Brush over the chicken, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a heavy-based pan, add the chicken and cook until dark brown, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chili sauce, if desired.
