Hi all..


I just thought since Iftar is such a special time...why not share some cool recipes here with each other.So let's start with something delicious and refreshing for all of us to have at Iftar.



Feel free to post your recipe of the day. It can be a drink,a snack or anything which you love.

(French fried)

Ingredients for French frieds
4 potatoes
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp meda
1 egg
˝ tsp black pepper
Water to make it thin
˝ tsp salt
2 cup oil

Method
Mix all the ingredients then cut the potatoes and dip it and fry it

TOMATO CHUTNEY

tomato:2 cutt into pieces
pulp of imleee:1/2 cup=5tbsp
garlic: 5 cloves
crushed red pepper: 1tbsp
salt:2 taste
oil: 2tbsp
dhanya:3tbsp


heat oil and add garlic when it starts 2 chanj colour add tomatoes and cook until soggy...than add pulp of imlee+salt+dhanya+red pepper..and cook well....tahn blen in blender..and ur delecious sauce is ready.....

CHICKEN NUGGETS

CHICKEN NUGGETS.

ING:
Chicken mince/1/2 kg.
Bread slice/1,trim corners & soaked in water.
Thyme/oregano/1 tsp.
Salt/1 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste/1 tsp.
White pepper/1 1/2 tsp.
Permesan cheese/ 2 tbsp
Egg/ 1/2,whisked.
Maida/as required
Bread crumbs/as required
Egg/1 ,no whisked
Oil/ for deep frying.

METHOD:-In chicken mince add bread slice,thyme,oregano,salt,mustard paste,white pepper
permesan cheese n 1/2 egg n process it n leave it for1/2 n hr.
-Shape it into nuggets with the help of oil on your palm,set aside for 30 mins in fridge.
-Roll it into maida,dip in egg n coat in bread crumbs n again leave it in fridge for 1/2
hr.
-Deep fry them on medium heat.

DIP:

ING:
Mayyonaise/2 tbsp
kali mirch/ 1/2 tsp
Salt/ a pinch
Balsemic vinegar/ 2 tbsp.
Roasted garlic /1clove,crushed.

METHOD:
In mayyonaise mixed everything.
-Dip is ready.

CHAPPLI KABBAB

besan.......1/2cup=full 3Tbsp (light golden honay taak bhoon lain n cool it for room temp).

Eggs....2 (fry egg ki thara pan main 1tbsp oil dal kar fry kar lain aur pich sald dust kar kay kacha paka rahkn hai).

Qeema bareek machine ka.....1/2kg
salt ...as taste
cruched lala mirch...1,1/2tbsp
crushed sabut dhania...2tbsp
crushed anardana....1tbsp
crushed zeera.....1tbsp
pissa garam masala...1tsp
hari mirch...3 chopped
tomatoes...2 chopped
hara dahnia...1/4th bunch chopped
onion....2 medium/1 big thin chopped


sub ings ko qeemay ko mix kar kay just 5 mins kay lay marinate hoonay dain aur fry kar lain.

HYDERABADI SAMOSA RECIPE:

Ingredients:

• For the dough:
• 500 gm Flour
• 1 Cup milk
• 3 tbsp Ghee
• 1 tsp Ginger juice
• 1 tsp Garlic juice
• 1/2 tsp Salt

For the mince:
• 500 gm Minced chicken
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• A handful coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp Mint leaves
• 2 Onion minced
• Salt to taste

To be ground:
• 5 Peppercorns
• 6 Green chillies
• 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
• 4 Green cardamoms
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• A small piece cinnamon
• Groundnut oil for frying

How to make Hyderabadi Samosa:

• Grind peppercorns, green chillies, coriander seeds, cardamoms, cumin seeds and cinnamon together to make a fine paste, keep aside.

• Boil the minced chicken along with ginger-garlic paste and salt until done.

• Heat ghee in a pan and fry onion, add ground masala to it and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.

• Combine the minced chicken and cook until dry.

• Add the coriander and mint leaves to it, keep aside.

• Sieve the flour and salt together and massage in the ghee until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

• Make a bay in the middle and put in the milk, garlic juice and ginger juice.

• Mix well and knead to make soft dough but not sticky.

• Make 6-8 balls from the dough.

• Roll each ball into a thin chapatti.

• Put a tbsp of the mince filling at the centre.

• Cover it with another chapatti and close the edges by pressing down.

• Now cut it into triangles and deep fry in hot oil.
