Ingredients
chcken bonn less 250 gm
cabbage 1
capsicum 1 large
green peas 250 gram
balck pepper n white pepper
green chilli paste
soya sacuce 3 spoon
chiili sauce 3 spoon
chinese salt 1 spoon
salt to taste
oil for fry
egg for tie the roll
roll ki pattiyan
process:
Boil the chicken and then make it on rashe
teh boil all vegetable
then on other pan heat the oil 3 spoon and add chicke then fry it for 1 minute then add all spices and vegetables and fry t for 8 minutes
then put this misture in patti and fold it as make a roll then apply edd on it ends to close
heat the oil and then deep fry
