Section off front hair from ear to ear. Divide front hair into two sections and put back hair into a high ponytail.

Use a bristle brush to begin smoothing top layer of hair only.

Mist with hairspray then smooth this section and pull upwards at a 45* angle so it sweeps around bun.

Secure, just off centre back, using two hairgrips.

Use a tail comb to tuck ends of hair under bun. Pin to hold in place.

Backcomb and mist other side of hair with hairspray. Again leave a small band of hair free as for first side section.

Wrap hair round to back and secure with two grips.

Fold ends round finger and form into a barrel curl with tail comb.
