There is a belief that the girl is more attached to the father, and that the girl also tries to find the qualities of her father in her would be.
There is another belief that the boy is very much influenced by their father till he is 12 years old, after which he is influenced by his friends.
Who is more influenced - boys or girls when they are grown up ?

girls definitly feel more affection for dads.......i know i do......thats a known fact :)
but i also think that sons pick up habits from their dads !

i hv noticed tht fathers alwys shows that he loves girls bt in real he loves both
actually they r little bit sticked wid boys jzt bcoz they wnt to make their child very sucesful man and 4 gurls he know that one day her daughter leave him and live wid his husband And other family thatz why he paymore attention towards gurls!!
so i think that all father love his daughter as well son is nt a reason that he cant mention that he love his son same as for daugterbt he alwys show stricknes towards son and always motivate him
and i mst say jzt due to fathers stricknes his son got success so my vote for both :D

Eshal is very accurate on her wordings...I think that a father never really shows that he loves his son..but always shows the daughter that he loves her by hugging her more often, being gentle to her, and bringing her gifts ..etc (u get the point). And because of that reason, many sons grow apart from their fathers and begin to think that their father loves them less. That's where distance starts. So most of the boys don't follow their dad because they think their father will not appreciate them anyway... But girls, to whom the fathers show obvious love towards, get more attached and therefore want to walk on the paths of their daddy...

mai ksi kai khylat sai mutafiq nhi hun,
har parents apny bacho sai pyr krty hai us mai koi shaq nhi hai,or mera khyal hai kai vo sab ko equal pyar dety hain chye phir wo gurl ho ya boy ha kabhi wo strick ho jty hain bt is ka yeh mtlab nhi hai kai vo hm sai pyr nhi kry ya phir yeh soch laina kai vo hm siblings mai ksi ko zada pyr krty hain ksi ko kam HAR parents apny children ko sucessful dekhna chyte hain thtz why they r some time strick with us bt they love their childern whether s/he boy or a gurl :D
