Ingredients: 4 large strawberries | 2 kiwis peeled | 1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt | 1 cup of milk
Preparation: Freeze strawberries and kiwi fruit and place in a blender, add milk and mix well, add the yogurt and beat for 1 minute.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen) | 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream | 1/2 banana | 1/2 cup milk
