Ingredients:
Rice ½ cup
Milk 2 litre
Condensed Milk 1 tin
Khoya 1 cup
Cream 2 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Green Cardamoms 4
Saffron ½ tsp
Finely Chopped Almonds , Pistachios ½ cup
Semolina ½ cup
Method:
In a pan, boil milk.
Add semolina and soaked rice.
Now blend in milk, cook on low flame.
When they mixtures are thick,add sugar, cardamoms, saffron and cook on low flame.
After this, add khoya, cream and removes from the stove.
In the end, take it out in a dish.
Sprinkles finely chopped almonds, pistachios and serve.
